What is " custom slaughter"

" Custom slaughter" is a service we provide to you to humanly process your animal for your family and friends to enjoy. Our facility is fully inspected, licensed and insured to slaughter and process your animal. The standards of order, cleanliness and care is expected of us. Your meat will be clean, vacuum packed (except large pieces) and frozen for you. Each animal is not individually inspected by a USDA rep so it will not be considered "USDA" inspected so it is for your use not for resale.

Currently our prices to process pork.

Slaughter fee: $70

Over 400lbs add $50 to slaughter

Cut, package and freeze.

<125lbs $150

>125lbs $1.10 per lb

LAMB

Slaughter fee: $60

Cut, vacuum pack and freeze.

<50lbs $75

>50lbs $1.50 per lb
